We are a floral service, not a florist. Our designers create large, luxurious arrangements from the finest artificial botanicals, and our team refreshes them on a set day every month so your home always looks freshly styled, without you lifting a finger.

Up close they are beautiful, at arm's length they are indistinguishable, and they never wilt, shed or need water. That's the point: a month of perfect flowers for less than one week of fresh-cut ones.
No. For door delivery, leave last month's arrangement outside your door in the morning and we'll swap it. For the lobby exchange, come down any time during the exchange window. If you miss it, we can leave your new arrangement with the concierge.
Yes. Choose the lobby exchange and pick from the full range each month. Prefer a surprise? Choose door delivery and our designers select for you. You can switch any time.

No. It's month to month, and you can cancel whenever you like. We'll collect the arrangement on the next refresh day.
No. Every arrangement is designed and permanently set in its own vase by our designers, so the flowers can't be removed. That's what keeps them looking perfect for the whole month, and it means each refresh is a complete new piece, vase and all.
Yes, but nothing is charged. On launch day we take a card on file, exactly like any subscription service. Your free week costs nothing. If you decide to keep the flowers, you're already set up and we don't need anything else from you. If you hand them back, the card is never charged.
There is no pollen, no scent and no water, which is why many of our clients with allergies choose us. As with any decorative item, keep it out of reach of pets that like to chew.
No. The program is offered to residents as a lifestyle perk; each resident chooses and pays for their own subscription directly with Floral Image. There is no cost to the building.
